About Me

As a compassionate and dedicated individual, I am on a mission to support others through life’s difficult transitions.

With a background and education in psychology, human development, domestic violence, and social work, I have always been deeply intrigued by the human psyche and the complexities of the human experience. This curiosity has led me to pursue my vision where I can provide meaningful support in navigating life’s most profound questions – from matters of love and values to grief, loss, confusion, and other complex challenges.

With a focus on spiritual and emotional healing, I provide one-on-one meetings for support. Through compassionate listening, I strive to create a space where individuals can find peace, comfort, and tethering during times of stressful or difficult transitions.

If you find yourself in a difficult or confusing life transition, please reach out to me to see how we can work together. I look forward to connecting. In the meantime, please check out my Etsy store which offers a curated selection of art and gifts designed to bring comfort, solace, and joy.

Frequently asked questiONS

Are you a therapist or doctor?

Although I am currently enrolled in a master’s program training to be a therapist, I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or doctor. I do not make any claims to be able to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness. I act as a general support system, in addition to your professional care team. For serious mental health concerns, I would recommend you reach out to a licensed healthcare provider for assistance, as coaching does not constitute medical treatment for a mental health condition.

How can you help me?

I provide a range of services and resources to support individuals going through grief and challenging life transitions. This path will depend on our initial consultation and your needs. Our meetings will consist of one-on-one support where you will receive a safe supportive place to share your thoughts and feelings. In return, you will receive connection that offers empathy and compassionate listening and care.

What are your fees? Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. My rate is $50 per hour. Each meeting will be one hour in duration.

What is your educational background?

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I am currently studying in a master’s social work program, training to be a trauma certified therapist. Additional education has been self-taught and I have been heavily influenced by the wisdom of many teachers and authors including Carl Jung, Marion Woodman, Marie-Louise von Franz, James Hollis, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Michael Meade, and Joseph Campbell.

What services do you offer?

I offer one-on-one coaching for general support.

How can I contact you?
